Appaloosa store? Is it legal? [closed]

I have found a site called Appaloosa-store, which let you upload your app privately and let certain users to download. It sounds perfect for me as I develop apps for our company's customers only.

But is it legal? Is there any risk to do this?

  1. This is a violation of the Apple developer agreement terms. See Selling an iOS App through non-AppStore.

    1. Not at all.

The Apple's licences still apply on Appaloosa-store, which means that you can only deploy applicatons with AdHoc or InHouse profiles.
