I have found a site called Appaloosa-store, which let you upload your app privately and let certain users to download. It sounds perfect for me as I develop apps for our company's customers only.
But is it legal? Is there any risk to do this?

DeleteThe Apple's licences still apply on Appaloosa-store, which means that you can only deploy applicatons with AdHoc or InHouse profiles.
