MET,INC have a job opening for the position of Administrative Assistant/Customer service Representative. Primary Responsibilities:
*All aspects of customer service, including:
       •Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Entry in Quickbooks
       • Answering phones in a positive and professional manner (providing excellent customer service for customers who call with questions.
       • Creating orders / pick slips / invoices / credit memos.
       • Processing return authorizations for customers as needed.
       • Filing and other organizational tasks within the order support area.
Skills:
       • Efficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
       • Professional customer service skills
       • Self-starter needed • Excellent analytical skills
